Garage 73 is committed to delivering your premium diecast models safely and promptly. We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally on request. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and everything you need to know before ordering.

Order Processing
Processing time: 1–3 business days
After you place an order, we process and prepare it for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day if inventory is confirmed. Orders received after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll email you if there's a delay.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Most 1:18 scale models qualify automatically. Combine multiple 1:43 models to reach the threshold.

No surprise fees at your door.
All U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. We handle customs clearance, import duties and U.S. tariffs on your behalf. U.S. pricing already includes applicable import tariffs — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
U.S. pricing — important
U.S. prices and shipping rates reflect current carrier, customs and tariff conditions. Because U.S. trade rules can change without notice, Garage 73 reserves the right to update U.S. pricing and shipping rates for future orders at any time.
In the rare event of a significant customs or tariff change between your order and shipment that makes fulfilment impossible at the amount paid, we will contact you before shipping and offer a full refund.
Some items may not be available for U.S. shipping due to customs, carrier or insurance restrictions.
🌍 International — Outside Canada & USA
We ship worldwide on request.
Email info@garage73.ca with the model(s) you'd like and your delivery address. We'll come back with a shipping quote and estimated lead time. Once you're happy, we'll send you a direct payment link.
Minimum order: $300 CAD.
Import duties and taxes. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the model price. We'll tell you what to expect for your destination before you pay anything — no surprises.
Delivery: typically 10 to 25 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. Customs delays are outside our control.
Packaging: every international order is double-boxed and fully tracked.
Insurance: international shipments are insured up to the carrier's maximum coverage for the destination country. Where that coverage is below your order value, we'll tell you before you pay.
Delivery Address
Your delivery address must be complete and accurate, include any apartment or suite number, and match the information on file with your payment method.
Address corrections. If you spot an error, email info@garage73.ca immediately. If we hear from you within 1 business day and before your order ships, we can usually correct it at no cost. Corrections after shipment may incur fees or delays.
We cannot retrieve packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please check carefully.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking email once your package ships (1–3 business days).
- Canada: tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- USA & International: tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
Shipping Delays
If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery date:
- Check your tracking number
- Contact the carrier directly using that number
- If it's unresolved after 7 days, contact us at info@garage73.ca
We'll investigate and work with the carrier to locate it.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Package doesn't arrive: report it to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier. If loss is confirmed, we'll replace or refund your order at no cost.
Package arrives damaged: inspect it on delivery (within 24 hours if you can). Then:
- Photograph the damaged outer packaging and the item before unpacking further
- Email the photos and your order number to info@garage73.ca within 7 days of delivery
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
We'll file the claim with the carrier and handle the process for you.
Canada & USA
We take full responsibility. If your package is lost or damaged, we will replace or refund your order at no cost to you, and we'll process it immediately — you don't have to wait for the carrier claim to resolve.
International
We will file the claim on your behalf and handle the carrier process for you. Resolution is subject to the carrier's coverage limits for your destination country, which we'll have confirmed with you before shipping.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on non-defective items. We don't accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Defective or damaged items are eligible for return or replacement:
- We replace the item at no cost
- We provide a prepaid return label (Canada & USA)
- We cover all costs — original shipping and return shipping
