Garage 73 is committed to delivering your premium diecast models safely and promptly. We ship to Canada using Canada Post and to the United States using tracked international courier. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and important information about ordering to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

We do not currently ship to other international locations.

Order Processing

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

After you place an order, we process and prepare it for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day if inventory is confirmed. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if delays occur.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking information.

No Surprise Fees at Your Door. All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — we handle customs clearance, import duties, and U.S. tariffs on your behalf. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees upon delivery.

Tracking information is provided with every U.S. shipment via email once shipped.

Free Shipping Eligibility (Canada Only)

✓ FREE Standard Parcel Shipping on qualifying orders.

Premium Collectors: Most 1:18 scale models qualify automatically for free shipping. Combine multiple 1:43 scale models to unlock free shipping.

  • Applies to: Canadian addresses only (all provinces and territories).

  • Shipping method: Standard Parcel (3 to 9 business days).

  • Non-refundable: Free shipping cannot be refunded if an order is returned or refunded.

Delivery Timeframes (After Processing)

Once your order is shipped, expected delivery times are:

Important: These timeframes are estimates and do NOT guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays. Add processing time (1–3 business days) to estimate total delivery time.

Delivery Address Information

Address Requirements

Your delivery address must:

  • Be complete and accurate with postal code (Canada) or ZIP code (USA).

  • Include apartment/suite number if applicable.

  • Match the information on file with your payment method (for fraud prevention).

Address Corrections Before Shipment

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@garage73.ca or 438-788-9082.

If we are notified within 1 business day of order placement and before your order ships, we can often intercept and correct your address at no cost. Corrections made after shipment may incur additional fees or delay your delivery.

For orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses without our knowledge, we cannot retrieve the package. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your package ships (1–3 business days), you'll receive a tracking email with a link to track your package online.

  • USA orders: Tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

Shipping Delays & Issues

If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check your tracking number using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  3. If unresolved within 7 days, contact us at info@garage73.ca or 438-788-9082.

We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.

Package Lost or Damaged in Transit

Does not arrive: Report to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier confirms loss, we will replace or refund your order at no cost.

Arrives damaged: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours if possible). If damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged exterior packaging and the damaged item(s) before opening further.

  • Email photos + order number to info@garage73.ca within 7 days of delivery.

  • Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved; we may need to submit photos to the carrier.

We will file a damage claim with the carrier and replace or refund your item at no cost to you.

Garage 73's Responsibility

Once your package is picked up by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility in transit. However, Garage 73 takes full responsibility to you, our customer. If your package arrives lost or damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order at no cost to you. You do not have to wait for the carrier claim to resolve—we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

Shipping Insurance

Every shipment from Garage 73 is fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

Important: We handle the insurance process for you. If your package is lost or damaged, you do not need to deal with the insurance company. Simply report the issue to us within the timeframes listed above ("Package Lost or Damaged in Transit"), and we will handle the claim and provide your refund or replacement.

U.S. Shipping — Important Information

U.S. shipping rates and product pricing reflect current carrier, customs, and tariff conditions. Because U.S. trade rules and tariff charges may change without notice, Garage 73 reserves the right to update U.S. pricing and shipping rates for future orders at any time.

In the rare event of a significant customs or tariff change between your order and shipment that makes fulfillment impossible at the paid amount, we will contact you before shipping — with the option of a full refund.

Some items may not be available for U.S. shipping due to customs, carrier, or insurance restrictions. Individual U.S. shipments cannot exceed $800 USD in declared value.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final on Non-Defective Items

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse on non-defective items. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, it is eligible for a return or replacement.

  • We will replace the item at no cost.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label (you pay nothing to ship back).

  • We will cover all costs (original shipping + return shipping).
