Due to the collectible nature of premium diecast models, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective items based on change of mind or personal preference. All non-defective items are final sale.
Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
What qualifies:

Manufacturing defects (broken parts, missing pieces, structural damage)

Items that clearly do not match the product description

Shipping damage (crushed packaging, damaged model)

Wrong item shipped
What does NOT qualify:

Minor paint variations or factory assembly variations

Cosmetic wear or paint overspray within factory tolerance

Loose parts within normal assembly tolerance

Box wear from manufacturing or handling

Items that have been opened, handled, or displayed
To claim: Contact us at info@garage73.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs (prepaid return label provided by us).
Non-Delivery Protection
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in your order confirmation, contact us to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:

Processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

Bank posting takes an additional 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Return shipping for defect claims is covered by Garage 73 (we provide a prepaid return label)
Legal Cancellation Rights (Where Applicable)
If you are unable to cancel your purchase due to circumstances covered by applicable consumer protection laws in your province (such as non-delivery beyond 30 days, missing or unclear contract information), you may contact us for a cancellation. We will process refunds for legally protected cancellations within 15 days.
